Orebić is known as a pearl of Pelješac Riviera. It is famous for its nice beaches, especially Trstenica, long sandy beach.
This sunny townlet is situated at the foot of the Sv.Ilija mountain, on the shore opposite of town Korčula, on the southwest part of peninsula Pelješac. It is connected to the mainland through Ston, by 50 km long costal road.
With rich maritime history, nicely framed in maritime museum, it often called the cradle of see captains and sailors.
